(Ms) Sithembiso Ndzimela – Director & CEO

Sithembiso is the Director and CEO of the company, having been part of it from the year 2013.

She has acquired extensive experience working for the likes of Ernst and Young in the fi nance environment, whilst she has also worked within the chemicals manufacturing environment up to executive level.

Sithembiso possesses an Honours in Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) attained through the University of KwaZulu Natal (PMB)

(Mr) Khululekile (Kusta) Ndzimela – Director: Projects

Khululekile also known as Kusta, has done extensive research on recycling and processing of recyclable materials in South Africa and abroad.

It is because of the information gathered that he saw a business opportunity to invest in recycling and waste management, as one of this business subsidiaries also.
Kusta has held directorship in various companies spurning over 24 years of his business involvement, and is providing continuous business leadership and mentorship to the Director and current CEO of Sharon Diversified.

He possesses a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, whilst also having obtained a Construction Management Certificate from Qhayiya Technical College.

(Mr) Mfundo Thango – Director: New Business Development

Mfundo is a dynamic entrepreneur who started of as an Enterprise Development Consultant, working with the likes of SEDA and the DTI as both the Enterprise Development Consultant and the Network Facilitator respectively.

He went on to establish a diversified group with interests in Supply Value Chain Management, Security Services and the Property Developments amongst his business interests.

Mfundo seats on a number of both private and public sector institutions as both a Board and Council Member. His responsibilities within Sharon Diversified entail, clients liaison, stakeholder relations and introduction of the company into new business markets (public and private).

He holds a qualified in Business Management and is an active member in some of the industry leading bodies like the Institute of Directors SA, Institute of Risk Management SA, and the Chartered Institute of Government Finance, Audit and Risk Offi cers and that of the SA Facilities Management Association among others.
